Panel discussion: Requalification in the IT field - myths and reality
For some people, working in the IT industry is the result of years of study at school, university and through practice. For others - a desired goal, from which they are separated by a lack of knowledge and experience. In this panel, we'll look at some hot topics related to IT requalification:
  • How do I know what my life's profession is?
  • What are the difficulties in entering the IT field after requalification?
  • Can we be successful in a field without formal education in it?
Based on the experiences of our panelists, we will dispel (or confirm) some of the myths and stereotypes that exist about people changing professions. We will also give practical advice aimed at both people who want to enter the sector and those who have been in it for years.

However, life throws surprises and her career path meanders through financial journalism, international market analysis and PR. She hopes to stay at Astea until she turns 92, when she'll become a ghost who haunts the company's network and yells ‘Boo’ at every bug she encounters.
